Free Worldwide Shipping. Every order ships free — no minimum spend, delivered worldwide.
Production & Processing. All products are custom-personalized (name, number) using our molecular-bonding print technology, so please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipment.

Total delivery = production (5–7 days) + the shipping window above. A tracking link is emailed once your order ships.
2. Returns, Exchanges & 30-Day Guarantee
We want you to love your gear. You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in new, unused condition. Return shipping is free.
Defects & Mistakes Guarantee: if there is a print mistake on our end (spelling error, incorrect number) or a manufacturing defect, we will ship you a 100% free replacement immediately — no need to return the original.
To start a return or exchange, or to report an issue, email contact@fangearsport.com within 30 days of delivery (please include photos for any defect). Refunds are processed within about 5 business days after we receive your return.
